Community Services

Fond du Lac cares about our community members and offers a variety of helpful services for families and individuals.

The Community Services Division has the following departments/programs:

Brookston, Cloquet and Sawyer Community Centers - Each center provides youth and adult activities throughout the year, including special events.

Elderly Nutrition Program - Kitchens are located at each community center and are under the Human Services Division. For program eligibility requirements and/or an application please contact your local ENP kitchen.

Energy Assistance Program - Fond du Lac Community Services provides energy assistance to community members in need. Must meet program eligibility requirements.

FDL G.E.D classes - Work toward getting your GED, High School Diploma, or just improve your math and reading skills.

Food Distribution Program - Fond du Lac Community Services has a food distribution program to help community members in need. Delivery to Elders is available on request. Must meet program eligibility requirements.
