Forestry - Timber Sales

Fond du Lac Forestry sets up about 6-8 timber sales per year. Our current annual allowable harvest is 4,300 cords. Open-Market timber sales are advertised in the Northland Shopper and a prospectus and bid packet is sent out to area MLEP or FISTA certified loggers.

White Pine and White Spruce Sawlogs. White Pine 1.8 MBF in 8 and 16 foot lengths. White Spruce, 0.1 MBF in 8 foot lengths. All wood is fully limbed. Minimum bid $95.00. Bids accepted on or before Thursday, December 3rd, 2015.

Hardwood Lake Forest Road Repair Bids: WORK COMPLETED

The Fond du Lac Reservation Business Committee is soliciting proposals for the repair of a section of Hardwood Lake Forest Road. The due date for proposals will be September 23, 2015 at 2:00 PM. Please submit 3 copies of your firm’s proposal. After a review of the proposals has been conducted, the successful candidate will be notified, based upon the final decision of the Fond du Lac Reservation Business Committee.
