The Fond du Lac Planning Division was established in 1980. The Planning Division’s primary mission is to provide support for Tribal Development through the use of federal, state, and private resources (mostly in the forms of grants). The Division also works towards developing economic development projects, expanding infrastructure, program development and long range and strategic planning for the Band. With these services and resources, the Planning Division provides support to many Fond du Lac Divisions and Programs.

NOTICE: The Fond du Lac Planning Division is looking for applications for the new Economic Development Committee and has five open vacancies.

The Fond du Lac Reservation Business Committee recognizes the importance of economic development activities by the Fond du Lac Band as a way to provide business and job opportunities to the community. With regard towards these purposes, the Reservation Business Committee has created the Economic Development Committee to review and make recommendation about business proposals, advises the Planning Director on matters and issues affecting Fond du Lac business, and to review the Fond du Lac Strategic Plan and Community Economic Development strategy. The meetings will be quarterly. The Economic Development Committee By-Laws, Strategic Plan and Community Economic Development Strategy documents are located on the Fond du Lac Planning Documents page. If interested, please submit a letter of interest and a resume.
